PAII, It’s not just for dessert…

PAIIWe just returned from the PAII conference at Disney World in California. You may be wondering what is PAII? You may have seen their logo on many Bed and Breakfast websites. PAII is a national organization for B&Bs and full service Inns. This organization provides innkeepers with education allowing us to stay in tune with new trends in the industry.

Some of America’s Best Pancakes!

Amy recently entered the “Pancakes with Personality” competition sponsored by Bed and Breakfast.com. She made it all the way to the semi finals, where she received third place for her Almond Amaretto Pancakes! While we were disappointed that she didn’t win her deserved first :) it was exciting to be even recognized among so many seasoned innkeepers! Over 100
